Background and Experience

Jeremy is a business and corporate law attorney, who serves as outside counsel to new and established social enterprises, startups, and nonprofits in California. Jeremy has advised his clients on a range of matters, including company formations, founders share issuance, nonprofit governance, business transactions, and intellectual property matters.

Jeremy earned his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley and his J.D. from UCLA School of Law.
